About the Role

We’re accelerating growth and looking for a Founder’s Associate to join and work closely with our founder to grow the company 10x.

You will be working very closely with Csongor, our founder and CEO, who raised $20M+ in funding before and scaled companies to 500+ employees. You’ll be involved across all parts of the business and do whatever it takes to win - from sales and marketing, to event organizing and sometimes even the boring admin work (until you outsource it).

This role will be your best training ground if you want to become a founder in the future.

• You are young, very motivated, ready to work as hard as possible to grow your career.
• You're exceptional at getting impossible things done. You actively seek out challenges and uncomfortable situations - i don't care if it's skydiving or competitive knitting, but you need to be the type of person who thrives outside their comfort zone.
• You’re working with AI tools daily, you’re technically up to date on latest apps.
• You are a fast learner, there is no challenge too big for you.
• You have a high sense of urgency, you love taking action, never leaving for tomorrow what can be done today.
• Bonus: you’ve played a competitive activity when you were young, and you did it at a high level

A day in your life at Bonsai Labs will include

• Prospecting candidates that we can reach out to
• Writing outreach campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn posts, case studies
• Finding top tier AI/ML engineers, ensuring they move through our interview process smooth and fast
• Preparing proposals for customers, re-thinking department processes with AI tooling
• Organizing team offsites, booking flights and also finding the fun activities we’ll do
