About the Role
Bonsai Labs went through a fast scaling period for a services company, from 2 to 10 engineers within 9 months. Our clients went on to raise $100M+ in VC funding as a result of the AI solutions we’ve developed. We’re planning to further accelerate growth to 20-30 AI engineers in 2025. By joining you’ll get the chance to work on world-class disruptive AI products with top software companies.
Who we’re looking for
- 10+ years of tech sales experience in a high-performing B2B SaaS or consulting firm
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients, with the ability to successfully execute on a consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodology.
- You have negotiated and closed high-value, 6+ figure deals
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, can nail down complex topics to simple terms
- First-principles thinking, “no challenge is too big” attitude
- You’ll work closely with the founder to define sales experiments and GTM playbooks for our AI implementation services
